This Privacy Policy explains how Dominik Kobielak, kobielakdesign ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you purchase or download a digital product (including but not limited to Framer components) from us.
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

2. What Data We Collect
When you purchase a product from us via our checkout provider (Stripe), the following data may be collected:
Identification data: name (if provided)
Contact data: email address
Billing data: billing address, country, and payment details (processed directly and securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details)
Transaction data: product purchased, price paid, purchase date
Marketing consent (optional): whether you opted in to receive marketing emails via the checkbox at checkout
We do not collect any personal data beyond what is necessary to process your purchase and, where you've given consent, to send you marketing communications.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:

4. Marketing Consent
At checkout, you are given the option to check a box to receive marketing communications from us (e.g. updates about new components, discounts, or related products).
This checkbox is optional and unchecked by default — checking it is entirely your choice.
Declining marketing consent will never affect your ability to complete your purchase or access the product you paid for.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email you receive, or by emailing us at kontakt@kobielak.pl.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any communications sent before withdrawal.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share your data only with trusted third-party service providers strictly necessary to run our business:
Stripe, Inc. — our payment processor, which handles checkout and payment data. Stripe acts as an independent data controller/processor for payment information. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.
Brevo — used to send marketing emails to those who opted in.
Framer, Inc. — if you purchased through the Framer Marketplace, Framer may also process limited data as the marketplace operator. See Framer's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:
Transaction data: kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 5 years in the EU).
Marketing data: kept until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
