Terms of Service
Last updated: 09.08.26
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products (including Framer components) sold by Dominik Kobielak ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
We sell digital products, including but not limited to code components for the Framer website builder ("Products"). Products are delivered electronically (e.g. as downloadable/copyable code, or via a hosted component link) — no physical goods are shipped.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
Use the Product in an unlimited number of your own projects, including commercial and client projects.
Modify the Product's code for your own use.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product itself (as a standalone component/template) to third parties, whether for free or for payment.
Claim authorship of the original Product.
Use the Product in any way that violates applicable law.
If you have questions about a specific use case not covered here, contact us before purchasing.
3. Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
4. Refund Policy
Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where:
The Product is materially defective or does not function as described, and the issue cannot be resolved through reasonable support; or
Required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
If you believe you're entitled to a refund under the above, contact us at kontakt@kobielak.pl within 14 days of purchase.
5. Support & Updates
We provide reasonable support for issues directly related to using the Product as intended. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to include custom development work. We may, but are not obligated to, release updates or bug fixes for the Product.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every future version of Framer or any third-party service it integrates with.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Product. Our total liability for any claim related to a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.
8. Third-Party Services
The Product may rely on third-party services or libraries (e.g. Framer's platform, or open-source libraries such as Three.js) that are subject to their own terms and licenses. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or discontinuation of such third-party services.
9. Marketing Communications
If you opt in to receive marketing communications from us at checkout, you may unsubscribe at any time. See our [Privacy Policy] for details on how we handle your data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of a Product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
